The Boeing BBJ 747-8 bedroom tops the list.
Yes, planes that can carry up to 700 passengers (if arranged for economy class seats only) can be converted into private jets. The 747-8 is the second largest passenger aircraft in the world - right after the A380.
Unfortunately, because of the opportunities in the world, the queen of the sky didn't have much time left. The 747 is no longer the desired aircraft it once was.

Once again Boeing is on this list with their impressive 787 Boeing Business Jet. Here, Boeing has taken a regular 787 plane and dressed it up to fit a King.
In addition, the 787 is a very fuel efficient aircraft for its size and is equipped with the latest technological advances. As you can see, a full size bed is available on the 787 BBJ with a private cabin occupying the entire width of the fuselage.
Airbus ACJ220
Once again, one of the most impressive private jets with bedrooms can be found on a converted plane.
The ACJ220 strikes a fine balance of luxury, space and efficiency. Thanks to its smaller size than the 787 and 747-8, the ACJ220 can land on a wider variety of aircraft. However, the downside is the lower range.
Nonetheless, Airbus was able to fit a king size bed into the ACJ220 master bedroom. As you can see, unlike other planes on this list, the bed has been rotated 90 degrees. The benefits of this? While lying in bed you can look ahead and see straight from the window.
In addition, more space can be provided on either side of the bed, making it easier to get in and out.
Dassault Falcon 7X
The Dassault Falcon 7X is the only custom-built private jet with a bedroom inside. As a result, space becomes more expensive compared to converted airlines.
