Luxury car manufacturer Porsche has just announced a collaboration with BLACKPINK's Jennie. Interestingly, this collaboration not only made the K-Pop artist a brand ambassador, but Jennie also helped design a special edition of the Porsche car.
Jennie collaborated with engineers and designers from Sonderwunsch Porsche. This is Porsche's Exclusive Manufacturing and Style division. His job is to make exclusive editions or fulfill requests from exclusive buyers to produce a different Porsche.
Named the Taycan 4S Cross Turismo for Jennie Ruby Jane, this is Jennie BLACKPINK's special touch on a Porsche Taycan 4S Cross Turismo. Of course, Jennie's taste is translated to the exterior and interior of the Porsche.
"Jennie is an influential global icon who represents the creative young generation as well as Generation Z in Korea," said Holger Gerrmann, Head Executive of Porsche Korea, quoted from CarsCoops.
Exterior with Blue Accents
Physically, there are not many changes from this Porsche Taycan 4S Cross Tursimo for Jennie Ruby Jane. The body is melted in a metallic black color, but the appearance is much more eye-catching thanks to the 21-inch alloy wheels with an exclusive design in blue, dubbed Meissenblue.
Other blue accents are also seen on the "Electric" emblem near the door, the emblem on the back, and Jennie added a cloud logo designed by Jennie attached to the B pillar. All of these accents also use the Meissenblue color.
The next unique thing is on the front door. Because as an identity this car is decorated with the words "Jenni Ruby Jane" in bright blue. On the back there is also the nickname of the member of the BLACKPINK girl group, namely NiNi.
The Cabin Also Added The Cloud Logo
Jennie BLACKPINK's design is also present in the cabin. This beautiful singer combines the colors Black, Crayon, and Meissenblue as a whole. The cloud logo is displayed again, including on the headrest.
For technical specifications Porsche does not change. The Taycan 4S Cross Turismo still has a 93.4 kWh battery capacity that is capable of producing 571 PS of power with 649 Nm of torque.
The ability of this electric car to accelerate from rest to a speed of 100 km/hour is only 4.1 seconds. The strong battery is used to go up to 452 km in a single charge.
