Apart from the D-Max, its twin brother, the SUV version named Isuzu MU-X, also received some refreshments. Isuzu took this step to be able to compete in the Thai ladder frame SUV segment, which is dominated by the Toyota Fortuner.
Just like the D-Max, MU-X 2023 is also now equipped with the latest ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) feature. Apart from that, of course, some details on the exterior and interior have also been changed.

One of the different details on the Isuzu MU-X 2023 is the use of black chrome ornaments on the front grille. Then the body kit is also given the color Magnetite Grey.
Furthermore, the design of the wheels has also been revised for both the 17-inch size of the Active type, aka the lowest type and 20 inches of the highest type. These conditions make Isuzu's flagship SUV appear more luxurious and sporty at the same time.
Then, the headlights use bi-LED projector technology to increase the intensity of lighting while driving, also supported by fog lamps and taillights which also have LED lights installed.
In addition to the new exterior details, MU-X also has a new color option called Glacier Blue Mica, which is also the hero color in every advertisement for this SUV in Thailand.
New nuances are also present in the interior, which is whitewashed in Macchiato Brown on the seats and door trim. One more thing, apparently the MU-X 2023 also has a power tailgate feature with a step sensor that makes it easier for users to load things into the trunk of a car.
MU-X is also equipped with a 9-inch touchscreen head unit that supports Android Auto and Apple Carplay connections as well as other basic connections in the form of USB, AUX and Bluetooth.
The audio system is supported by 8 speakers that surround the interior. Interestingly, there is also a 220 volt power outlet available to provide electrical power to electronic items.
Use ADAS Features
Meanwhile, Isuzu MU-X 2023 in Thailand is available with two diesel engine options according to the type, namely 1,900 cc with 150 hp of power and 350 Nm of torque and 3,000 cc with 190 hp of 450 Nm of torque.
Starting the car engine is easier with Remote Engine Start and Walk Away Auto Lock when leaving the car. Not only basic safety features such as 6 airbags, ABS + EBD + BA, ESC, HSA and HDC, MU-X already has advanced Advanced Driving Assist System (ADAS) features.
Call it Autonomous Emergency Braking, Multi-Collision Brake Pedal Misacceleration Mitigation System, Lane Departure Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control and a 360 degree camera.
