Honda Introduces Future Logo for Its Newest Electric Vehicle at CES 2024 Exhibition

Honda introduced for the first time in the world the new H logo which will be used exclusively for its electric vehicle models at the CES 2024 event in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. This latest logo is embedded in its newest concept product line called the Honda 0 Series, where these two products will be launched globally starting in 2026.

In this exhibition, Honda introduced the newest logo for its electric vehicles. The current H logo has a long history that began in 1981 when it underwent an update from the previous version. As a warning to the development of the next generation of electric cars, Honda decided to design a new H logo to represent Honda vehicles.

This new logo reflects Honda's determination to pursue transformation, reflecting the company's attitude of transcending Honda's history and continuing to accept challenges and achieve new progress. This design expression, similar to two outstretched hands, reflects Honda's commitment to increasing mobility potential and wholeheartedly serving the needs of Honda electric vehicle users. This new logo will begin to be used on the Honda 0 Series, which is Honda's newest EV series which symbolizes Honda's transformation in accordance with the global brand slogan and electrification policy.

Previously, at the Japan Mobility Show in 2023, Honda ran its business based on its global brand slogan, namely The Power of Dreams – How we move you. The slogan conveys the message that Honda will create mobility products and services that enable people to "transcend constraints such as time and place" and "expand their capabilities and opportunities."

In "The Power of Dreams - How we move you," Honda will always be driven by "dreams," and by creating new value through creative thinking from scratch, Honda will provide an experience that becomes a new starting point for its consumers. Honda also has a goal of achieving zero environmental impact throughout the vehicle life cycle, including company activities, and "zero traffic collision fatalities" involving Honda motorbikes and cars.

By having such a goal for mobility products and services, Honda will support the realization of the dreams of more people and become a driving force that drives the progress of society. In addition, Honda also has a global goal of achieving carbon neutrality for all company products and activities by 2050. To achieve its electrification goal, Honda has a target to "increase the sales ratio of EV and FCEV products to 100% globally by 2040".
